What happens at CrossFit Squamish is a combination of the way physical training used to be, and the way we think it ought to be. People work hard and they sweat; for their efforts they increase their strength, power, speed, agility, stamina, coordination, balance, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, and accuracy. They build friendships that help them push when they are tired, and they support others when they need it. They find drive in themselves that they don’t know exists (or still exists). They push and challenge themselves to the limits of their genetic potential. This is the remodeling of the human product.
