Jesse Bifano and Heather Bell opened CrossFit Squamish in 2009. They are passionate about CrossFit, in methodology and practice, and absolutely love teaching. CrossFit offers an immense amount of information to it's trainers through certification courses, seminars and CrossFit Journal articles. Heather and Jesse utilize these resources to their full potential because they believe that constant learning and a varied skill set are imperative for the highest quality of training. Heather's 3000 hours of training as a BC Registered Massage Therapist provides a foundational knowledge base in the gym that enhances the safety and technical merit of the fitness training provided. Heather and Jesse feel strongly about applying their CrossFit training to as many events outside the gym as they can. These include: Running and Mountain Bike races, CrossFit Competitions, Strongman Competitions, Powerlifting Meets, Adventure Races, Logger's Sports and 24 Hour Events. Ultimately they strive to lead by example.
